The cigarette smell hit as soon as we walked in. There were stains on the sheets and couch, the bathroom lights didn’t work, and the mirrors and floor were dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not worth it.

My colleague and I needed somewhere late after work where we could park and walk straight into a room. We found this place online and drove over, but it didn’t look very nice in person. I asked to see the room before paying. They only offered to let me look from a distance, and that wasn’t enough for me, so I said no. Luckily, I’d only given them my name, and they had caller ID. I’m not comfortable renting a room without seeing it first. What were they hiding?

They were extremely rude and refused to honor our third-party booking. Even after we showed our receipt, they wanted us to rent a room in person and pay again. Don’t book here.

The first room was dirty, smelled like pot, and had a door that wouldn’t lock, so I couldn’t feel safe staying there. They moved me, but the next room wasn’t much better. The walls were nasty, the towels were dirty, and the couch was filthy. Save your money.

It’s an old motel and the furniture isn’t new, but the rooms are clean. The outside may give the wrong impression. I’d stay here again if I needed to evacuate for a hurricane.
