I found this bed and breakfast by chance while looking for somewhere to stay for a workshop at Lifepoint Church. It was only five minutes away, and I had a wonderful visit. Daughn welcomed me and showed me to my room. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the restoration is lovely. She made a great breakfast before I checked out. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were celebrating our anniversary, and Tom at Spahn House made the stay feel special from the start. He answered all our questions, helped arrange the executive suite, and surprised us with fresh flowers and wine. The room and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Tom even let us go straight to the room at check-in and stay as long as we liked so we could sleep in and enjoy our time together. He brought breakfast in bed later than usual, at the time we asked, and served it in courses. The gourmet breakfast looked beautiful and tasted delicious, and there was plenty of it. His cinnamon apple pancakes were a treat. Tom greeted us with warm hugs and was helpful well beyond what we expected. We'll be back, and our friends want to come too. If you're thinking about this B&B, go for it. We couldn't rate it highly enough.

The room was clean and comfy, and I slept great. Daughn also made me a loaf of pumpkin bread, which was delicious. The location was handy for my work recruiting stop. I'd stay again, though next time I'd come for fun and explore downtown.

Tom was a wonderful host at this fascinating historic B&B. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the blueberry pancakes. Thanks, Tom!

Spahn House is a beautiful old house with lovely rooms, great service, and a cozy, homey feel. Mr. Lynch's cooking is superb too. I highly recommend it if you want to step away from the modern hotel and motel look.
