Hampton Inn Seneca Falls

We chose this place for the casino shuttle and nearby location. Check-in went smoothly, and they moved us to a different floor so we could be near our friends. The hotel was clean, though the AC unit was a bit loud at night. We liked the shared area with a long high table where six adults could sit, play cards, and catch up after the concert. Breakfast was light and included, but scrambled eggs alongside the sausage and potatoes would have made it better. Good value and a good stay overall.

We didn't make it to breakfast, even though it was free, but the shuttle made the New Year's Eve casino trip easy. It ran every half hour through 2 a.m., and our driver was pleasant and right on time for pickups. The room was clean, spacious enough, and reasonably priced. Ashton and Lisa at the desk were friendly and helpful, as was everyone else we met. Convenient for the casino and Finger Lakes. Worth trying.

The hotel was clean, quiet, fairly priced, and in a good spot, with a shuttle to the local casino. My problem was the driver, an older guy who seemed miserable and clearly hated the job. I've stayed at other hotels with shuttles to local attractions and never had a driver act like that. He doesn't represent the hotel well, and I think they should replace him so he can retire.

Larkin was a huge help when I called about rooms for my family during my aunt's funeral. She arranged a bereavement rate and put us all on the same floor, which was great for the kids to be close to their cousins. The rooms were a little small, but clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The indoor pool was clean and had lots of towels and a nice sitting area, though I wish the water were warmer. The gym was really nice, and we were impressed for a Hampton Inn. There's a gas station close by before you get back on the road to VA. I'd stay again if we return to Seneca Falls.
