The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were pleasant and respectful, and it was peaceful with no disturbances. I was grateful to be somewhere like this while I was stuck there. There’s nothing within walking distance, so you’ll need Uber Eats. Aside from that, two thumbs up. Thank you.

After driving through icy roads and snow in minus-7-degree weather, coming into a clean, comfortable room felt like a huge relief. It was cozy and, most of all, warm. The heater did its job, the bed was comfortable, and I slept really well despite the freezing weather outside. The staff were friendly too. If you’re passing through Baldwinsville in the middle of winter, this place will keep you from becoming a human popsicle. I’d stay again.

Getting around was easy, with plenty of parking and quick access to what we needed. The place had a welcoming, relaxed feel, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in through checkout. I’d absolutely stay at the Clarion Inn & Suites again.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and I’m still impressed by how soft the towels and sheets are. Sai at the front desk is consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a good value for the price.

The room had what we needed, and getting checked in was quick. Staff were helpful, and the hotel was quiet, clean, and in a convenient spot. I had a great stay and would recommend it.
