ZAD Luxury Cabin Indoor/outdoor Pools Hot Tub Theater Game Room

There was a lot of room for our group of five adults and six children, with plenty of dining and living room seating. The cabin was nicely decorated and even had a full-size Christmas tree. Three king bedrooms each had their own bathroom; there was also a room with two sets of bunk beds that worked well for our four grandsons, and a cozy sleeping area for the granddaughters. One issue was that the trundle bed slats kept falling. The extra bathrooms, one downstairs and one on the first floor, were useful. The kitchen was stocked well enough to cook for a large group, and the startup supplies were more than enough. The indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, and arcade games kept everyone happy. There was also a gas grill with two propane tanks and a large outdoor table, though we didn’t use them in winter. Everyone wants to stay again. The company communicated well throughout. When I reported a broken lock on a theater room door, someone came to fix it that same day. Housekeeping was the main letdown. Two beds still had sheets from the prior guests, with hairs and body fluid stains. I sent photos and reported it late in the evening. They offered to send housekeeping the next morning, but we used the washer and dryer ourselves. Also, two upstairs bathroom windows faced other properties and had no curtains, so we covered one with a trash bag temporarily.
