The staff were kind and friendly, but the quality didn’t match the price. The bed was very uncomfortable, and we didn’t know the shower was a handicap shower until we used the bathroom. Traffic outside made it really loud. It was offseason and there weren’t many other guests, so we expected either a better room or a better deal for locals. All in all, we wouldn’t recommend it.

It was easy to reach the hotel by shuttle from the train, and it was close to everything we wanted to explore. Breakfast was good, with plenty of protein choices to keep us full for the day. The blackout curtains worked well, and the lobby was comfortable for waiting on rides. Nice views in every direction too. We had a great experience.

I’m lying here trying to sleep, and I can hear everything around me. The walls and ceiling are incredibly thin, with no soundproofing at all. It’s clean and the location is good, but at this price I shouldn’t hear every conversation and footstep from nearby rooms. For context, I’ve stayed in hotels in 48 states and more than 20 countries, and this is one of the worst for noise. Really disappointed.

The rooms were clean and roomy, breakfast was good, parking was plentiful, and the staff were good. The harbour view and location were nice too. Still, at almost $450 for one night, it felt very overpriced for what you get.

We were pleasantly surprised by the bed. We asked for a pull-out and got a full twin-sized bed instead, which was great. The room itself was basic but very clean, and the staff were helpful. Restaurants and shops were an easy walk from the hotel.
