Sunshine House Bed and Breakfast

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and they cook it themselves and tailor it to you. We had a spacious, clean room in a lovely home filled with beautiful artwork. Everything felt warm, welcoming, and well organized. Their adorable puppy was friendly without getting in the way. I'd recommend Sunshine House, bed, and breakfast if you'd rather have a homey stay than a dreary hotel room.

I spent a few summer nights here and loved my stay. They were very accommodating with my vegan diet, and the pancakes were great. Highly recommend.

We left the car parked for our two-night stay, since there was free parking and the popular downtown walking areas were close by. The free Seward shuttle also stops nearby. Breakfast was varied, with things like salmon poke, pancakes, bacon, fresh berries, and omelets, and the hosts could work around an early start. The stay lived up to its high rating on a booking site. If you can get a room, book it. You’ll be supporting two teachers and have a good stay.

The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance, and the room was clean and comfortable. Marsha made us feel at home right away, and she was flexible when I needed to add a second guest to the reservation partway through our stay. The breakfasts were so filling and delicious that we didn't think about food again until nearly dinner. I'd love to come back.
