The rooms are clean, and the staff are cordial. Breakfast is good, too. It’s right off the freeway, which is convenient. In my opinion, this feels more geared toward business travelers than families. Some standard rooms are small, so a longer stay could feel tight, though the luggage stand may help with the limited space.

It was my first trip to Minneapolis, and I had a really nice stay. Everyone on staff was welcoming and willing to help. The woman who works in the kitchen and handles breakfast was especially kind. She remembered that I work nights and like morning oatmeal, and made sure I could have some even after breakfast had ended. That meant a lot and made the stay memorable. Thank you.

We were in town for a hockey Jamboree at Shakopee ice arena, about ten minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was much better than I expected, and the friendly breakfast team kept everything stocked. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Anna deserves a big shout-out for making our family’s stay so wonderful. It’s rare to find that kind of guest service these days.

The location is handy for the interstate, though there isn’t much within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs, bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal. The rooms were upgraded, clean, and nice, and the pool, hot tub, and workout room were clean as well.

This is our second stay, and the service has been just as good again. Ganesh was a huge help, and we appreciated him. Of the hotels we’ve tried in the area, this one keeps coming out on top. The rooms are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is amazing. 10/10, would recommend.
