The woman who checked me in was really nice and helped me get a good room for the night. When I found out the TV wasn’t working because of a signal issue, she sent someone up to fix it, even though everyone was supposed to be home. They went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. The bathroom was nice and clean, and my kids and I slept beautifully.

We were in the room for less than two minutes before spotting bed bugs crawling on the sheets, so we left right away. We took a picture to the front desk, but they initially refused a refund and said we’d have to wait for their exterminators to verify the bugs. They said that could take 3-4 days, even though we had shown them the photo. They did process the refund a few days later. The hallways were filthy, with numerous pieces of dirty clothing on the floor, and both the hallways and our room reeked of smoke.

The room was spacious, and having two sinks was handy. But there was a strong odor as soon as we walked in. We first thought it might be a candle, then realized it smelled like vape. The windows and balcony door were completely sealed, so our only way to lessen the smell was to run the loud air conditioner. By morning, after a whole night, the odor had finally faded, either because the AC filtered it or because we got used to it.

I’ve been staying here for almost a month, and repeated requests for basic housekeeping, including room cleaning and fresh bed sheets, have been ignored. That’s unacceptable for someone staying long-term. When I brought it up at the front desk, the staff member on duty was rude and dismissive. This behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards.
