DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash

I booked two suites more than a month ahead, one with a king bed and another with two double beds, but when I arrived there was no room for us. The hotel was under renovation, the front door couldn't be used, and the front desk was hard to find. It was covered in construction dust and filth, with no one there but workers.
