Hampton Inn Shawnee

Cayla, the manager, was awesome and gave us a bereavement discount. We were there for a funeral and stayed one night. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the whole stay was great. Thanks!

I was at the hotel for a week and came home covered in bed bug bites. I believe I brought them back, because my apartment had to be sprayed too. I ended up replacing my bed, shoes that were only a week old, suitcase, and clothes. Staff were great and moved me to another room, but I had the same problem there. Most Hilton hotels are great, but this one isn't. I'll never stay here again. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I expected a normal Hampton since I love staying at Hampton's, but this one didn't meet that standard. It's badly outdated and smells. Plugs won't stay in the room outlets, and in the bathroom everything I plugged in fell right out. I had to hold my charger plug in place to use it. The shower drains slowly, and from the north end of the third floor I can hear traffic terribly. There's daylight visible around the door, as if it isn't shut properly. Think twice.

The breakfast was so good, you don't get much better. Staff were attentive all the way from the front desk to food service, and check-in and check-out were quick and friendly. The room smelled fresh and clean. Thanks for a wonderful night!
