Comfort Inn Shelby

We found the location really convenient for Glacier National Park and nearby attractions. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Our room had clean bedding, the basic amenities we needed, and enough space for our family. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. It made for a comfortable, stress-free family vacation, and I’d recommend it to other travelers in the area.

My husband was in Cutbank on a business trip, and we chose to stay at comfort inn in Shelby. We’ve been to plenty of hotels, but this one met our expectations. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff were so welcoming and awesome!

I got some much-needed rest here. It was quiet, the rooms and bed were comfortable, and I enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast had a pretty wide selection, so you can fill up before heading out. Everyone on staff was kind and gracious. Thanks so much!

The room was pretty gross, with stains on the walls, body scum in the shower, and paint peeling off. The bed was broken, with the head lower than the feet. Instead of moving us to another room, they offered “1,000 points,” but those were never applied. I asked the manager to call me and never heard back. I paid $200 for a room with a broken bed. I’d never had a bad experience at a comfort inn before this one.
