The manager was very helpful after hours, and the room was large with a great view. The heater is a gas fireplace, which is pretty nice.

Big waves in November, and I’m hoping we can stay here for a few weeks sometime. On Nov 1, 2025 it was sunny and 65 degree’s. The hotel sits on the ocean, and all the rooms look out toward it and have that ocean feel. Two restaurants are on site, with another across the street. We were impressed by the price and the staff, who are the best. We’ll return. July at this location is priceless too.

A last minute decision, and I loved being there! I was so happy with the people running the place and my top floor room was really quiet. The view, surf sounds 🌊, and smell of the sea were lovely. The room was big, and I liked the fake fireplace. There’s a pizza place on site, plus a coffee shop and bakery/breakfast place downstairs, so convenient! Fantastic! 🫶👏

We’ve spent New Years Eve here several years running, and one year we got snowed in at sea level, which was extremely odd. It’s a wonderful remote spot to disconnect and relax with a breathtaking view from the cliffs above the ocean. Cell service wasn’t so great, which worked out well for us, and Lauren, who runs the place, is accommodating and super nice. The rooms are clean but dated and nothing fancy. The hotel could use an aesthetic upgrade, including newer bedding, mattresses, towels, and pillows. We always bring our own bedding, so that didn’t bother me too much. Some things may be lacking, but the overall experience and charm make up for it. It’s a lovely, romantic getaway, and that feedback wouldn’t put me off visiting. We’ll always cherish our time there. 💗

When I woke up and opened the balcony door, I could hardly put the view into words. The hotel manager hooked me up, much obliged. Hidden Gem!!!
