We lasted one night and that was enough. The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the key didn’t work. Inside, there were webs in the corner by the door, children’s clothes in the bathroom, a filthy tub, sticky counters, stained carpet, and sheets that didn’t look clean. How did housekeeping miss the webs? The staff were horrible, and management was never around. Check your bank statement carefully so you don’t get overcharged. I wish I’d read the reviews before booking. Stay away.

The photos on the website must be from another hotel, because this one looked nothing like them. Some rooms even had door handles missing. We finally got through the slow booking process and found our first room dirty, with unmade beds and trash everywhere. They had to check whether another room was clean before moving us. In the second room, smoke smell gave me an instant headache. There was what looked like bodily fluid on the wall, hair in the sheets, white powder on the floor, and a lamp hanging by taped wires. They offered a third room, but it didn’t seem safe for our 8 yr old son, so we booked elsewhere and checked out. They said they couldn’t check me out until the reservation was over, and now they’re refusing a refund even though we never stayed. There wasn’t even a sign saying what the hotel was. Run, don’t walk.

After a 9 hour drive, I just needed somewhere to sleep, but I ended up in my car in the parking lot. The room was filthy, with food on the counter, stained sheets, hair everywhere, and dogs barking all night. I was half expecting bed bugs. I put a towel on the sheet and used a hand towel as a cover, but started itching and gave up after a few hours to sleep in the car. I wish I’d checked the reviews first. They’re all true. I’ll be asking for a refund. The smoke alarm was missing, the door wouldn’t seal, and there were so many other things wrong.

Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 am. Safe travels. The place still had a noticeable smell of smoke in my non-smoking room, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to it. Also, watch carefully for the hotel while driving on the access road or you could miss it. When I booked, there were no clear signs with the hotel’s name. A hotel representative said management was working on putting signs up.
