The hotel is nice and clean, with pretty rooms and comfortable beds. They cleaned and restocked our room each day, which was great. But not having a microwave in the room was terrible for me with a young child who drinks milk all the time. We stayed three nights, and every morning my child woke up crying and saying, “I don’t want to be in this hotel, I want to go to another one.” When I asked why, he said, “Because it doesn’t have a microwave.” If they put microwaves in the rooms, the service would be better and more pleasant. Families travel with kids, so please keep that in mind. My 5-year-old was so traumatized that he told me, “Mom, give this hotel 0 stars.”

I stayed for three weeks while there was a construction project at my house. From management to maintenance, the people here are some of the nicest and best you could meet. They’re always smiling, asking if you need anything, and around when you need them. You never see anyone sitting around, they’re always working. I was in housekeeping for 30 years and have never seen a place so clean. Keep up the great work.

Our room was infested with ants, even in the bed, and we had to throw away all our food. It was a newer hotel, so I thought it would be comfortable, but I was wrong. The only breakfast was cold cereal and bagels, with a microwave area by the lobby. Not recommended. Thanks to Hilton for crediting my points, but I expected more.

The room was clean, but we came back from a cold night out to find no heat on. It was freezing, and we had to sit in the car for 20 minutes while the room warmed up. They could at least have left the heat on low. That’s a major issue when you’re already exhausted. We won’t return.

There was a long wait to check in, and the front desk could have used another person to help. The room itself was comfortable, the TV system and air conditioner were great, and breakfast had lots of options. The hot selection was limited, though, with no hot eggs or meat. I also wish there had been somewhere to put my luggage.
