We paid $79.00 with tax, and for a budget stay this is a good deal. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the inn was nice. Breakfast was simple but had what we wanted, cereal, bagels and yogurt. We didn't want to spend over $100 elsewhere, so this was the best bet.

I wish I could give this place a million stars. The rooms are super clean and the beds very comfortable. The front desk staff greeted us warmly when we came in. If you're passing through Sheridan and need a place to rest for the night, this is where you want to stay!

The staff were modest and kind, the rooms were wonderful, and the desk setup was really nice for getting work done.

For the price, this was about what I expected and a decent option. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the staff friendly, and the continental breakfast had a good range of choices. The hotel is dated, and the hallways smelled strongly of smoke. I don't think anyone smoked in the hallway itself, but definitely right outside the door, and the smell drifted in. From what I noticed, most of the guests were construction workers, so it may not be the best fit for a family.

Service was good, and for a relatively cheap place to crash for the night, it works. The walls are really thin and it's not the cleanest place I've stayed. Still, for the price, it's not horrible.
