The location makes things easy, with a gas station, a couple of restaurants, a liquor store, and a smoke shop nearby. I stay at Comfort Inn whenever I’m in Sherman and have never had an issue. The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is handy. All the essentials are right there lol. 👍

The room was comfortable and nice, and the staff treated us really well. They gave us enough Choice Privileges points for a free night at any location, plus some snacks, which we appreciated. I booked mainly for the pool and gym, though. The pool had been closed for maintenance for a while, and none of the gym equipment worked properly, if at all. Please fix those things or let guests know before they book.

After a great night's sleep in a clean, really comfortable bed, I was glad I’d picked this place. It’s just off the highway, with several restaurants and a Casey’s gas station nearby. The staff were super friendly when I checked in last night.

The elevator felt unsafe, and we only lasted an hour in room 2030. The bed made us itchy, maybe from bed bugs, and the bathroom tub had black mold all over it. There was a huge gap in the door, a massive stain on the yellow chair, and a nasty smell from the microwave. The toilet screamed when flushed. For a Friday night two weeks ago, they wanted $115, which felt absurd for a hotel this disgusting. My husband and I booked through Expedia, and although Expedia tried to contact the hotel about a refund, they refused. They don’t seem to care about cleanliness. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF, DO NOT EVER CONSIDER STAYING HERE! This property should be closed down. 🤢

Choice Privileges should be embarrassed by this place. It badly needs a remodel: the rooms are run down, old, musty, and crappy. The internet sucks, and they still have 25 year old TVs. Don’t do it.
