The diner right on the hotel lot is handy, and I like using the gym when I stay here. I come back whenever I visit my dad in PA since the Best Western Plus is only about 12 minutes from him. Breakfast is included, the rooms are clean, and every staff member I’ve dealt with has been accommodating.

We were there for two nights after our home lost power, and they welcomed our golden retriever too. The room was clean, cozy, and really nice. Mike at the front desk was easy to talk to and helped us with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

I’ve stayed at this BestWestern in Shillington many times over the past three years, and the rooms have always been clean and well kept. The breakfast is great, and it feels like the staff know me. Most of the front desk employees have been here since I first started coming. On one visit, I left my cell phone in the Uber. Debra got in touch with my wife, who called my phone, and the driver answered and brought it back to the hotel. That kindness saved me a lot of grief. Thanks, Debra. And thanks to Kyle for making sure I have a place to stay when I come up to work at Ray Barton’s.

Mike at the front desk was so warm and friendly, a true gem. I had a great stay in a corner room with a king bed and a Jacuzzi. One small disappointment, the hot chocolate machine gets turned off after breakfast, and I would’ve liked some in the evening. Thanks, Mike!

My dad loves staying here when he visits me. He sleeps well, and the breakfast is good. The place is always clean, and the staff are friendly and caring. They deserve a 10 out of 10.
