The breakfast area was well organized, and staff cleared the tables quickly. The team seemed attentive and well trained. Check-in was smooth, and they explained the hotel policies clearly. I had a pleasant weekend staycation here.

The workers were friendly, and the room was clean. My husband is in the United States Army reserves, and we stayed for a day. We were able to check in early and check out late, which made for a really good stay. We’re happy with the experience 🙂✅

The room was clean and roomy, with nice furniture and decor, and I especially liked the charging ports. The decor of Chicago looks beautiful when you walk in, and the front desk greets you with a friendly smile. I felt safe, clean, and welcome. Probably one of the cleanest and most spacious hotels I’ve stayed in. My only issues were the mini fridge not staying cold enough and a slightly odd smell from the microwave. The ice machines were clean, the pool looked great, and customer service was outstanding. They even text you after check-in in case you need anything. It’s just off the highway, yet quiet. Thanks for caring about the guests and keeping things clean. I’d absolutely come back.

The room was clean, and the man at the desk was great. He was happy to help with whatever we needed, so we’d definitely stay again. My wife and I brought our fur-baby for Valentine’s Day and were put in a handicap room. I’m not sure why, maybe because it was on the first floor right by the door to the parking lot. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the heater was noisy.

The person at the front desk was thoughtful. After giving us the nightly price, he lowered it as soon as he saw we were about to check one of the sites with lower rates. He also called our room to let us know we’d left the headlights on. We appreciated that. The hotel is very clean and has a nice pool. The showers have great pressure, and even the bathroom mirror is treated to stay clear of fog. There are plenty of charging outlets, the TV has all the streaming apps you’d want, and there’s a handy snack area. Don’t miss their amazing breakfast. It’s in a very safe neighborhood, with plenty of shopping and things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
