We came for a week to visit family and enjoyed having the full-size washer and dryer and the kitchen. The pool was refreshing in the warm desert weather. Shopping and food were easy to reach, as was I-215, which made it simple to get around the valley away from the heavily touristy areas. Looking forward to staying again on a future trip.

The resort and surrounding area were clean and quiet, and the room was spacious, very clean, and problem-free. Staff were friendly, helpful, and wonderful throughout our stay. There’s plenty to do around the resort and lots of places to eat. It’s a perfect fit if you want to stay off the Strip without being too far away. I’d definitely come back and have recommended it to everyone I know.

After ten years coming here as owners, I told Ravi and Jen that having our reservation cancelled was completely unacceptable. They apologized, and Ravi offered a free extra night next year plus to waive the $150 resort fee, which we get back at checkout anyway. That was what I had suggested, so I appreciated the gesture, but we’ll see how next year goes. Honestly, if I weren’t an owner, I wouldn’t return. The whole mess started when we arrived around 2:30 pm on Saturday, January 24th. Two Gen Z girls at the desk, one named Tasha, said the reservation had been cancelled and they couldn’t help. I asked if they were kidding, then showed them my paper confirmation dated January 3rd. They said it had been cancelled twice that day. The manager and assistant manager were in a meeting, so I asked to speak to them when they were done and called owner services. After waiting about 30 minutes, Jessica answered and was very understanding. Jessica looked into it and found that the reservation was confirmed, my maintenance fees were paid, and someone had cancelled it from a computer at the property on January 3rd. Maybe it was a glitch, but she couldn’t understand why I hadn’t been notified after paying my fees. She reinstated the booking. My wife was very upset and was inside talking with staff when she came out with the manager while I was still on the phone with Jessica. I told them Jessica could answer any questions. Ravi said to let him know what he could do to fix things. I said I wanted to know who at the property cancelled the reservation. Ravi called Thursday after getting the message I’d left with staff Wednesday at 11:00 am. My wife and I were having breakfast at Union Biscuits. He offered the extra night and resort-fee waiver for next year. There were other signs that concerned me about the new management and company. All week, someone parked in our assigned spot. Security didn’t seem to check, though we didn’t complain because we could use the open spot beside it, which we prefer. Soliciting hasn’t been allowed here before, but we found pizza flyers stuffed in several doors. We left January 31st. When I went to return the keys, Jen was in her office. I waved her over, but she stayed at her desk, with no in-person apology or concern about our stay. Ravi came out and we discussed next year’s arrangement.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were huge and very clean. There’s plenty of closet space too, including a large walk-in. The kitchen had great, modern equipment, and having designated parking was a big plus compared with places where you have to compete for a spot.

We finally found a Vegas place we liked while driving from Utah to California. It was quiet, clean, spacious, and reasonably priced, with a heated pool. The neighborhood was nice, and it’s only about ten minutes from the highway, less driving than getting caught in the Strip traffic. We appreciated having separate bedroom areas and room for the family. Shuttles to the Strip are available if you want them.
