Quality Inn Show Low

The rooms were clean and modern, and it was quiet, with almost no road noise. I didn't see any riff-raff hanging around, something I often worry about at affordable hotels. Great value, and I'd absolutely stay again.

I've stayed here since 2023, usually because there's plenty of parking for big trucks. We had a pilot car with us and left it parked overnight, out of the way in the big truck area so it wouldn't bother other guests. It was there for only one night, but by 3 PM the next day they'd towed it, claiming it was abandoned even though I was in it both days. It cost us $250. We had paid for a three-night hotel stay. The manager wouldn't communicate, and the front desk was no help beyond telling us to send an email. Fortunately we arrived before 5 on Friday, or we couldn't have retrieved the car until Monday. It's now been two weeks with no response from management. Every email address or phone number I've been given either doesn't work or leads to someone saying they aren't the manager. I've had no communication about the tow. Thanks for your comment, Jack, but if you were a manager, you would've contacted me by now.

The room was clean and well maintained, and the location worked for our needs. The parking lot, though, was a disaster, with garbage cans full and overflowing. It was also full on a weekday. Even so, we'd stay here again.

I came here because I desperately needed sleep before traveling farther. The room itself wasn't bad, but the TV didn't work, and the amenities were no use if they wouldn't function. Upstairs, a group of guys were hanging around and watching as I unloaded my car in the dark room. One kept going in and out of the door backing onto the bar beside my room. Instead of asking who they were or looking into it, the woman smirked and said it was relatively quiet around there and nothing had been stolen in a long time. Later she kept using that same door and slamming it each time. The guys stomped up and down the stairs like they were auditioning for Stomp. Real classy place. One guy was sweating heavily and seemed very high, even though it was cold, with his eyes huge as state quarters. Absolute joke.
