A nice place to visit and have a little fun. The casino play is cool, the food is good, and the staff is great. I haven't stayed at the hotel yet, so I can only give it four stars for now. The comps are good, which is why I gave it four.
2/10
There was food left in the fridge and dirty tissues in the drawer under the TV. The jacuzzi tub's drain was broken and gross, and the alarm was set for 6am with its off button broken or missing. I booked a deluxe king suite with a jacuzzi for the first time, hoping to treat my lady before surgery, and it was a letdown. It was cheap on a Wednesday night, but I've had better stays at Super 8 and Motel 6, at least those were clean. I don't think I'll ever try booking the best room at a hotel again.
10/10
The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added luxury of an in-room jacuzzi. What really stood out was the front desk service at boomtown. I've never had such outstanding help from any hotel in my adult life. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable and made me feel at home, not like just another number. I'll call on boomtown casino hotel again next time I'm in the area. Thank you to the front desk ladies, you were exceptionally wonderful.

Erica Moore is an amazing manager, and all the staff members were great too. She made sure I had what I needed and that I was comfortable during my stay. Ask for Erica Moore when you go to boomtown. I'll be back very soon.
8/10
The location felt safe and was affordable, and the staff were very nice. I stayed for a week, then came back for 11 days. Neither time was there room service, not even to ask for towels when needed. That won't stop me from returning, but I'm not used to having no room service during a stay.
