Smoking rooms are getting harder to find, and they’re usually pretty run down. For a low priced motel with smoking rooms, this one was actually nice for the money. My room was clean and in good shape, and the young woman at the office was friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would stay again if I'm in the area.

I was skeptical when I heard they had smoking rooms, but mine was clean and comfortable with no cigarette smell at all. Phoenix, the host, was really nice and clearly cared about guests and their stay. It's a clean, quiet, comfortable place, at a great price and very close to the highway. I'd highly recommend it.

We booked a spacious double queen room for my husband and me, and it was clean and nice all around. The staff were amazing. I liked watching the owner train the new girl, he was kind and patient, like me. There were a few strange characters outside at night, and maybe a ghost hanging around, but that's my kind of thing lol 😆 Great room and price. We'll return. Highly recommended 👌

The room was bright and very clean, and looked recently remodeled. It had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and desk, plus a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend this property.

The guest discount at the restaurant next door was a nice bonus, 10% off. Phoenix was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the room was clean. Great location.
