We were able to get a good night’s sleep here on a long road trip, and the place felt safe and usable. The front desk woman was great and very helpful. I’d booked one room for my three daughters and planned to use an air mattress, but then I booked a second room with points, and she helped make the rooms adjoining so every kid had a bed. The rooms could use some attention. The sheets were clean and smelled good, but the blankets had stains and should be replaced. The carpet also needs to go so the rooms are easier to clean. It may just be a well-used place, but a few improvements would make a difference.

We drove from Billings the night before and arrived with a reservation made the previous week for wrestling. I had the confirmation email, but they couldn’t find our booking in the system, and the woman at the desk said there was nothing she could do. Luckily, Best Western fit us in at the last minute. Their staff were friendlier. I’m unhappy with this hotel’s management.

We had a lot of fun using the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was nice. They were quick to refill the food. Our room was clean, comfortable, and affordable, and the lobby attendants were sweet and helpful. I hope we can stay here again.

The room was average, though the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was one of the better hotel spreads I’ve had, with plenty of grab-and-go choices: cereal, yogurt, breads, rolls, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, milk, and hard-boiled eggs. We didn’t use the pool since we were busy spending time with family in the area.

We were passing through, and my sister booked this at the last minute. Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, and the woman working the evening front desk was very nice. Breakfast was a bit disappointing; some fresh fruit would’ve been welcome. Also, we didn’t know about the $50 security deposit in advance. That’s fine, but it would’ve been good to be told upfront.
