Quality Inn Sidney I-80

We got a quiet, restful night with no frills. It was generally clean and comfortable, though things looked dated and worn. The staff seemed friendly and courteous, but spoke very little English and couldn’t really help when we asked about the local area or getting some cards mailed for us.

For my two-week work trip, manager omesh made sure I was looked after, and room service did a great job cleaning up. The location is handy for work, with Walmart across the street and McDonald’s and other fast food places within walking distance. Great hotel, they take care of people!

The front desk guy said the place was under new ownership and was very nice and apologetic, but the room itself was dirty and run down. The bed looked neatly made until I pulled back the sheets and found black makeup stains on the bottom sheets and pillows. There were hairs in the bathroom corners, bugs crawling on the floor, and scum in the toilet. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the comforter was stained, and the chair arms were worn and dirty. If I’d read the other reviews first, I never would’ve stayed.

Thanks so much to the really kind staff. They didn't have an accessible room with two queen beds, so they moved us to a king room that worked for our needs and didn't charge extra. We really appreciate it 🙏
