There was no front desk staff, just live camera coverage. For check-in, anything we needed, or even ice, we had to go to Motel 6. We asked if we could be moved to that other hotel since everything was there. Back at this place, the floor had stains, the furniture was worn out, and the duvet was stained or dirty.

The towel was dirty and the bathtub was disgusting. I’d already said I wanted to cancel, but they kept giving me the runaround. I didn’t want to be moved. My reservation was at Travel Inn, so why was I being sent to Motel 6?

Kevin was so kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and really comfortable. The wifi was fast, too. Travel Inn is easily the best hotel in Sidney, and I was completely happy with my stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We booked the wrong hotel and called to confirm, but they easily transferred our reservation to Travel Inn. The manager and maintenance man gave us great service, suggesting dinner spots and driving us to the concert venue. They even texted my friend to say her food had been delivered to the hotel. The location could use better signage.

The bed and everything else were made up and clean, but there were dirty towels and trash left in our trash can. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to be able to shower and throw your trash away.
