Best Western Plus Sun Canyon

After a long day of travel, it was always nice to be welcomed with a smile by the Best Western team. The staff are friendly, attentive, and provide the kind of service their accolades promise. Being right next to Fort Huachuca makes the location convenient for work or leisure, and the hotel still feels comfortable and welcoming. If you're visiting the post or Sierra Vista, this is absolutely the place to stay. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

It's always been clean when I've stayed here, and this was my second visit. The housekeeper I spoke to this morning was very sweet and helpful. There aren't vending machines, and the small store had no items when I checked. You also have to pay by card there, since they don't take cash. The morning noise was rough, especially with people slamming doors near the ground floor while cleaning starts. I'd recommend asking for a higher floor. Everything else was nice, and the place is consistently clean.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, and the coffee machine was the best I've seen, with espresso, cappuccino, and coffees in different strengths and flavors. The front desk staff were personable and professional, and the hotel was extremely clean, with newer carpet and paint. It feels well managed and cared for. My room was quiet and spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. I'll stay again if I'm in the area.

I stayed here for about 30 days and liked the hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue, and everything was fine for several weeks. Then, after my sheets were changed, I found a dead bed bug in the bed the next night. It had clearly bitten me the night before. So, despite liking the hotel and staff, check your sheets carefully for bugs.
