Towneplace Suites by Marriott Sierra Vista

The staff do a great job making each stay comfortable and smooth, and the service is impeccable. There’s a lot here for both business and leisure, from the breakfast each morning to fax and printing services. It really has what you need in one place and exceeded my expectations.

We come here from the East Coast every three months to visit our daughter and family. The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the location is perfect. The staff are amazing, remember us, and kindly ask how our new granddaughter is doing. That’s why we keep coming back. The mattresses are the one real problem. My husband and I barely sleep because they’re so uncomfortable. With the time change and jet lag, we need decent rest, so if the mattresses aren’t replaced soon, we’ll have to look elsewhere.

It was a pleasant stay. I appreciated having a full-size fridge and dishwasher, along with the two-burner stove, though one burner wasn’t working.

We stayed four nights without a single issue. The room had everything we needed, and the free breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The pool was clean and inviting, too. Martin at the front desk was especially friendly and attentive, and he gave us great tips for local restaurants and sightseeing.
