The pool was great, parking was easy, and it was simple to get to the beach. There’s plenty within walking distance, too. Compared with other hotels and condos nearby, this place felt quieter and less crowded. Each unit has its own owner and manager, so the level of support can vary. Ask what help is available and when.
The room was decent and the pool was small, but it’s a short walk to the beach and a nice place overall. Avoid unit 203, though. The owners are rude, and when you make a valid complaint, they leave you a bad Airbnb review.
After an 11-hour drive with our 11-, 7-, and 3-year-old children, we arrived and couldn’t get anyone to help us. We’d booked in February for May 8th through the 16th, and they had charged us $3,200, but there’s no 24-hour customer service and we couldn’t reach anybody. We spent five hours in the parking lot trying to contact them. The security guard couldn’t help, and the code they gave us was wrong. We eventually had to find somewhere else to stay, then learned our room had been double-booked. We heard nothing until Thursday night, when an email asked why we’d canceled. We only canceled after those five hours stuck there with nowhere to stay for seven people. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t book with them again. Those first five hours of our vacation were a mess.
The apartment was very clean, but most of the pictures seem to show somewhere else.
