Siesta Beach Cottage, Sleeps 6, Walk to Beach, Stores, & Restaurants

The place was extremely dirty, and after paying a couple thousand dollars for a week, we still had to buy basic essentials. There was hair in the bed, white stains on the blanket, and a filthy shower. We got one roll of toilet paper, one fork, and one spoon, with no garbage bags or bathroom hand soap. The bedroom TV didn’t work, the living room window wouldn’t close so hot air kept coming in, and there was mold in the air conditioner. There are other places in Siesta Key just as close to the beach that are much nicer for the same price. I wish I’d done more research, and I’d suggest you do the same.

Booking here was a horrible mistake. I found rodent droppings and dead roaches. Adam told me quite confidently that the place had been professionally cleaned, then asked where the droppings were, LOL. A man named John also called and assured me exterminators come regularly. The whole thing was almost comical. They clearly don’t care about their guests or business. SLUM LORDS!!!

Our waiter Joe was the best ever! The short rib appetizer was great, but the Billionaire Burger was on another planet. They don’t make burgers like that in a normal world.

At $14k a month, you’d think the gate, elevator, TV, internet, and appliances would all work. You’d be wrong.
