Captiva Beach Resort

Jack made our stay feel perfect. He went above and beyond, and the hospitality was wonderful. Our room was spotless, with a spacious shower, a kitchenette, and a really comfortable bed. The resort is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We especially recommend Spearfish Grill for seafood. We've already told our friends about it and will definitely be back.

Paul and Jenny made a real difference during my visit. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was right. I felt very welcome, and their service was outstanding. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end at the Captiva Hotel in Sarasota. It's a charming, well-kept hotel in a great location for relaxing and enjoying the area. Thanks, Paul and Jenny. Jen checked us in and has a knack for anticipating what we need. She checks in often, and she really is a gem. She and the rest of the team make us feel special, like family. Jack, the manager, stays on top of things at Captiva and the sister property, Hibiscus suites. Alvia, Mike, and Paul are always friendly and accommodating. We've stayed at Captiva Beach Resort for the last few years. It's a hidden gem with a great location and well-maintained rooms. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff.

Jack, Jennifer, Elvia, Paul, and Mike were wonderful hosts again, so friendly and accommodating. The condo was immaculate, and housekeeping did a phenomenal job. The courtyard and grounds were in great shape, especially considering it had only been a year since the hurricanes. Sadly, it'll be another year before we can come back and see everyone.
