Twin Palms at Siesta

For our first visit, we had a great time and plan to come back for much longer. The property has a laid-back Florida feel, and everything was clean and comfortable. Janna was friendly and extremely helpful. Each room had its own WiFi and patio, plenty of beach towels, plus access to a cart with chairs, umbrellas, and a mini cooler. The beach is a short walk away. There was also a page on the room wall with 8-9 QR codes full of useful information for the stay. Highly recommended!

It’s a quaint little place, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable, and just right for a couple. The heated pool was a treat in December. The location is handy for the beach, while still being away from the hustle and bustle. The host was responsive and helpful. I’d happily stay here again.

The host and staff were amazing, and I can’t say enough about how good my stay was. There was construction next door, though it’s almost over. The place is cute, and how great everyone was made up for it. Would definitely really.

I booked a week and contacted the hotel to extend my reservation and move to a larger room, so my elderly parents wouldn’t have to drive three hours at night to visit. It took three calls to the emergency number, which was the only number on the confirmation, and a full week to get a call back. That was concerning. With no front desk or management available, I wondered what would happen in an emergency. That alone felt like a red flag. When I finally spoke with Janna, the owner, I explained the situation clearly. Instead of support, I heard sighs and frustration, and she suggested I try a nearby hotel because it would be “easier for everyone.” I was disappointed by the lack of basic hospitality. I’m actually glad I made a new reservation at a nearby hotel. It was a lil less expensive, had a five star review, two pools, and staff on site. When I called, they were warm and kind, and the hospitality already felt like night and day. I’ll review that stay once it’s finished. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome and cared for, but that was completely missing here. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value communication, flexibility, basic customer care, or feeling safe, since they have no front desk or emergency contact.
