Budget Inn Siloam Springs

We stayed for the weekend and would come back. The front desk was very friendly, and the room was great. There’s space in the back for semis, large trucks, and trailers. It also seemed cheaper than what we’re used to paying back home in ohio.

Housekeeping is wonderful, and the rooms are okay for a bed to sleep in. It’s clean otherwise, though some bathrooms have insects, not the beds. The owner is the issue. She tells you one price, then adds more money than she said you’d need. She’s strict and doesn’t allow visitors in guests’ rooms. She’s from the middle east and hard to understand.

I booked online, but the front desk woman said I still had to pay at the property. I don’t understand how that works. She seems to make up room prices and rules, and this has happened to me or someone I know before. It feels like she only sees dollar signs. I couldn’t understand her English at all.

My vehicle broke down in Siloam springs, so I spent the night here. There were no rental cars in town the next morning, and I had to get one at the airport 20 minutes away. Even so, they made my wife and me wait outside our room in 50° weather for the shuttle because checkout was 10:30, with no leniency. They wouldn’t even let us wait in the front lobby. The non-smoking room smelled, and a fresh coat of paint didn’t cover the busted trim or the nastiness underneath. Staff barely speak English. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog.
