Leo made my stay memorable for all the right reasons. She helped with my questions, made sure I had what I needed, and greeted me warmly and professionally. Her care and pride in her work made a real difference. From the moment I arrived at the DoubleTree Hilton in Washington DC/Silver Spring, I felt welcome and valued, and my experience was outstanding and comfortable. The room was ready and clean, and check-in went quickly and smoothly. On arrival I got a complimentary cookie fresh out of the oven, which was a nice start. My only complaint is that the TV channels are limited, though the Pluto app offered a few more choices. I was satisfied with the stay and would book again if I’m in the area.

This is a lovely hotel room. The style, furniture, lighting, and size all felt just right together. I’ve hardly ever stayed in a room so well balanced. By a small margin, it might be my favorite room ever, though it’s hard to explain exactly why.

Lisa Eady was so friendly and helpful, even with several special requests that someone else might have found annoying. She helped us plan how to get to the Smithsonian on public transportation and met each question with humor, encouraging us to enjoy our time. We ended up booking a second night that we hadn’t planned on.

Miss Leo at the front desk was a joy to talk with. She was straightforward and honest about restaurants we might try in town, which made my stay more enjoyable. I can’t speak highly enough of her; you could use the way she treats people as a model for others. From arrival through checkout, I had a wonderful experience. I’ll be back at this exact Hotel on my next trip to the area.
