My one suggestion is a dedicated place to park bicycles. For now, I have to keep mine on the balcony. We recently moved from Boston into a 10th-floor apartment at The Veridian, and it’s been a wonderful start. The apartment is clean and modern, with hardwood floors, a great view, and little noise between floors. The Metro is an eight-minute walk away, and local fitness centers are close by. The concierge staff were welcoming and helpful as we settled in. We’re very happy with our new home.

Shakeith made our self-guided visit a lovely experience. They were so welcoming and even surprised my partner with a birthday card. We’re planning to move in a few months, and we’re excited to apply and maybe make it our home later this year.

Our washing machine had a fairly urgent problem, and Aaron (AT) responded promptly to the service request. He examined it carefully and handled the repair efficiently. We appreciated how thorough and personable he was. His work brings a lot of value to the community, and we’re consistently pleased with his timely, effective service and expertise.

We’ve only been at the Veridian for a month, but the on-site team has already impressed us. Maurice from leasing was welcoming and responsive, and made our move easier. Today Aaron/A.T. came to fix a malfunctioning smoke alarm. He was courteous and kind, answered my questions, and explained what he was doing. I appreciated his knowledge and help. Both the leasing and maintenance teams have treated us well, and we’re looking forward to our time here.

Darlene is polite and professional, and she does a wonderful job. She goes above and beyond every day and brightens mine whenever I see her.
