The location worked well for my job, and getting to check in a little early was great. My room needed vacuuming, but I managed fine. What wasn’t okay was someone knocking on my door between 11pm and midnight. The shower was a little better than on my last stay, though not by much. I wish my request for a first-floor room had been possible, or that there were laundry machines on other floors. Carrying my work scrubs around is a pain, and it’s harder to be on time when I have to track when each machine finishes. I left for work at 6:15am, so I didn’t get breakfast. The stay cost more than it was worth.

The stay was pleasant overall, and the rooms were nice. Check-in was easy, too. Do check the small coffee maker, though: the inside hadn’t been cleaned when we went to make a cup. The ground floor stays busy all hours, so I’d try for a second-floor room.

The lobby could use some updating, but breakfast was freshly made rather than reheated, and it was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay despite the hotel’s ratings. Our room was clean and quiet, and the shower was great.

I’m a 69-year-old woman with arthritis in my left knee, and I have asthma. I came to visit my brother and hadn’t expected to carry my suitcases up stairs. If I could afford to move to another hotel, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Making guests walk up stairs is ridiculous.

The staff were kind, including the woman at the front desk and the older man working in the morning. But the room was disgusting. There was hair throughout the beds and bathroom, and crumbs on the floors and counters. It was obvious the cleaning staff hadn’t done a proper job. As soon as my friends and I walked in, an overwhelming burnt-burger smell hit us. It was awful, made us gag, and gave me a headache. Listen to the reviews and do not stay here.
