I came for a company retreat and left already thinking about bringing my husband next time. The hotel felt cozy, and my room was peaceful and plush. I loved having a sound machine in the suite, and it was clear that care had gone into both the practical details and the atmosphere. Most of the items were organically sourced, too. From the warm welcome at the door onward, the stay was beyond what I expected.

Our grandchildren gave us this two-day stay after Christmas, and it turned into a treat all by itself. The hotel sits among history and natural beauty, which adds to its charm. Inside, it felt classic but welcoming, and we felt at home right away. Staff were attentive and helpful without hovering, and there were thoughtful extras available without making us feel managed. I’d give it six stars if I could.

Oyster Bay made a beautiful setting for our wedding weekend, and the staff did so much to keep it fun and stress free. Everyone had a charcuterie board waiting when we arrived, and guests were served a lovely champagne breakfast on the wedding morning. Staff kept checking that we had what we needed throughout the day. We wanted friends and family to stay together for the weekend, and this worked out so well. I’d recommend Oyster Bay to anyone looking for a lovely place for their family or wedding party to gather.

My wife and I needed a little break, and staying at Oyster Bay felt like spending the whole time at a spa. The rooms are roomy and beautifully decorated, and the staff made us feel at home. We had a perfect stay and will definitely come back.

The room was beautifully appointed, the beds were really comfortable, and the service was excellent. It has a spa-like feel, and the location in historic Pensacola is great. I’ll be back.
