Treehouse #107, Building H by Summit County Mountain Retreats

We registered our two cars, but one got booted less than 12 hours after we arrived. They confirmed it was registered and still wouldn't remove the boot until we paid cash, refusing to take a card. When we said we wanted to pay by card, the man actually tried to drive through us as he left, without saying anything. Colorado Booting Company is awful. I won't stay at Treehouse again if this is how they treat guests who follow the parking registration process.

The view is jaw dropping, and the area around Treehouse is amazing. That's what kept this part of Colorado worth a stop and go visit for me, even after all the problems. The photos make the place look much bigger and nicer than it is. They charged a 180$ cleaning fee, but the condo was so dirty I don't think they cleaned it at all. It felt like another way to get into your wallet. They booted our vehicle, and, in Colorado, I guess that's a legal way to rip off paying customers. They know you don't want to ruin your vacation, so you end up paying to get the boot removed. Bring a fat wallet, because whatever negativity you run into, the view and this part of Colorado may still feel worth a quick visit. Again, Treehouse condominiums building H, in Silverthorne, Colorado, seems to go out of its way to make you spend more than expected. I'd go so far as to say they're committing fraud and taking advantage of people on vacation. This place is junk! I'd rather sleep under a bridge than return to the Treehouse condominiums building H.

We enjoyed watching wildlife right outside the patio, and the snow capped mountain views were breathtaking. The place was clean and really comfortable. We'll visit again.

My car was registered with the rental, but it got booted anyway. Colorado booting seems like a scam, and they charged $140 to come remove the boot. Absolutely ridiculous.
