The rooms were spacious and clean, and the lobby has updated decor. It was one of the quieter IHG family hotels I've stayed at, with little traffic noise and only the occasional loud stereo. The front desk clerk was fast and efficient. Water pressure on the fourth floor could be stronger, though the temperature range was really good. Since it's in a shopping district with heavy traffic, be careful.

I was able to stay here with my 4.5-month-old without any noise issues. The rooms were very clean, and I liked the breakfast selection, especially the Oikos yogurt in both sugar-free and regular options instead of cheaper choices. The lobby coffee was surprisingly good since the machine grinds beans for each cup. After breakfast had ended, the manager even brought us some half-and-half when we asked. Shops, Target, and restaurants are all close by. I was very impressed and enjoyed the stay.
