Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greenville Simpsonville

After a long day, our tattoo appointment ran into the early morning, and we didn't want to drive home. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the man at the desk was cheerful and helpful even though it was so late. Check-in was the fastest I've ever had anywhere, and he didn't make it seem like helping us was a problem. He arranged a late checkout so we could sleep in. There may have been a small charge, but the extra sleep was well worth it. There was a free hot breakfast with lots of choices, plus a snack corner where you can charge items to your room if you don't want the free options. Thanks, Fairfield, for a relaxing night and enjoyable stay. I'd recommend it to travelers or locals who want a change of scenery from home, and I'll keep it in mind next time we need a hotel for the evening.

I was here for a week, and the room felt just like home, from the bed and bathroom to the Keurig machine. Claire and Gabby cleaned it, and it was spotless. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is tasty, and everyone on staff is welcoming and friendly. I love this hotel and would absolutely stay again.

The 24-hour gym and breakfast were the only things I liked. On my first night, I found hair from a previous guest on the pillows, and there was no privacy because noise carried all through the room. The rooms looked old and dark. The furniture was good, but had a lot of details. I won't stay here again.

The place was very clean, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and good at engaging with guests. It was amazing, and I'll book this same location for our next family trip.
