Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sioux Center by IHG

As an IHG member, I've received good service at the Holiday Inn Express in Sioux Center, Iowa. The front desk staff are very helpful, and when I ask for a ground floor room because of my age, I usually get one without any problem. The rooms are neat and the other facilities are very clean. Bravo to the management and staff of this hotel. Kind regards, Dawid Terblanche, from South Africa, working in Iowa, USA.

The rooms were amazing, and the staff were very friendly. There's plenty to choose from at breakfast, including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and other things, so there's no need to go into town for a meal. My friend enjoyed the stay too, and I'd definitely come back. Keep up the good work!

The bed wasn't comfortable, and the pillows went flat quickly. Breakfast was included and was okay, though it could have been better: the sausage and biscuits with gravy were passable, but the eggs were a little watery and the biscuits were tiny. Our room was reasonably clean, but some spots hadn't been dusted well. We stayed one night. The other issue was two families on our floor whose kids ran in the hall after quiet time.

We had to stay here for a weekend because of sewer problems at home, which took about two days longer than expected to fix. Luckily, the pool was open, so the kids could burn off some energy. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had lots of great warm options, including biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes, along with fruit, yogurt, and cereal.
