There was plenty of parking, and with all the cameras I felt safe. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the flooring looked newly remodeled. They also had complimentary breakfast. I was there for work and really enjoyed my stay.

I walked out and asked the clerk for a refund. He smirked and asked what was wrong. I said, “you know whats wrong,” and he went back into his bedroom/office like that was normal. The room was a nightmare, even by my low standards. It smelled pungent, the carpet and walls were dirty and stained, and the room lights didn’t work. I used my phone light and saw dead bedbugs all over. Both beds had been made, but the pillows and sheets weren’t clean. There was hair and crumbs everywhere, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found heavy stains that looked like bodily fluids. I wouldn’t feel safe sleeping in either bed. The toilet had month-old leavings crusted inside. The folded towels had hair, crumbs, and spots on them. The halls and upstairs floors were heavily stained and dirty, the walls were yellowed with smoke, and there was white powder along the carpet edges, probably bug killer. The lobby had a pungent smell too. The clerk came out of bed in the office without shoes or anything to greet me, then handed me a paper to sign. It said no refunds, so they had me pay before I saw the room. Stay away. They’re deceitful and scammy, and I think the “good” reviews are fake profiles. No refunds whatsoever.

The setting is very beautiful, and there’s plenty of space for truck parking. The weekly rates are the cheapest. I really liked the major renovation they did to the floors and carpets over the last few weeks. Strongly recommend it.

It was easy to find, right off the highway, and had excellent truck parking. My room was clean, the floors looked new, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too.
