A great value next to the other hotels around here, and the stay was more comfortable than I expected. I'd personally prefer the hot water to be a little hotter, though.

The owners were great, and they included us in what was going on at their other business, World Cafe, where we checked in. The rates seemed fair for the room, though these days they could probably charge a little more. Cedar motel isn't a fancy five-star place and isn't much to look at outside, but it's well kept inside, the rooms are clean and seem well maintained, and I enjoyed staying here.

I found a torn Book of Mormon under the bed, picked it up, and set it on the table. They then charged me $300 for it, though I hadn't damaged it. I'm still upset about being charged so much. I have nothing against Mormons, but I won't stay here again. The place wasn't friendly or respectful, and I don't recommend it at all.

The owners were kind, and the housekeeping guy was really helpful. My husband and I were impressed by the room and rates, and our two-year-old son stayed with us. There's also a cafe where they make delicious food. Just good people all around. Thanks for having us, we'd definitely stay again and recommend the place.

The attached World Cafe is delicious, but the motel itself looks run-down, with a shabby outside and feral cats around the place and in the trash bins. Inside is better. For weekly stays, you only get service or supplies once, nobody ever answers the phone, and there's no coffee maker in the room.
