Franny G. and Carla G. made check-in especially easy. They explained everything clearly, took their time with us, and even gave us a small anniversary gift. My husband and I were in Park City to celebrate our anniversary, and the whole team was consistently kind and helpful. Our room was clean, fresh-smelling, and in good shape.

Coming back for a second stay, I already liked how close AC Park City is to the ski hill and the nearby places to eat and drink. The hot tub was great after skiing, too. But Deja made the trip memorable: she drove our morning shuttle to the mountain, showed up on time, and was cheerful and easy to talk to. When we passed a local greenhouse, she mentioned its coffee shop and homemade potato chips. I said chips were my favorite and hoped to stop for some. After our ski day, there was a fresh bag waiting in our room. Such a thoughtful surprise. Deja gave us a real “WOW” experience, and those chips still make me smile. Thank you for the lovely service!

The location worked really well, with a large outlet mall, hiking trails, and Whole Foods all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and clearly cared about the guest experience. At check-in, someone asked whether I had a preferred room location, a nice detail I haven’t come across at other properties. My room was clean. Platinum members can use a $10 voucher toward breakfast, which was a simple European-style spread with fresh berries and some nutritious choices. I also liked seeing a Nespresso machine there. I had an enjoyable stay in Park City.

The location made getting to Park City, Kimball Junction, and nearby resorts easy. After a long day, the lobby and shared areas were nice places to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a modern, clean feel with a calm, sleek European style. Our room was quiet and fresh, the bed was comfortable, and everything seemed well cared for. We had a great stay and would come back. It’s a stylish, dependable choice for families and other travelers.

Breakfast was simple, but it was good quality and prepared well. We stayed five nights with family while sightseeing around Utah, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and nicely presented, with heating and cooling that worked well. There was plenty of parking and mountain scenery nearby. We had a wonderful time and would return without hesitation.
