We arrived late, and the reception and hotel restaurant made us feel very welcome. Our server Lian and manager Griffin were especially kind. Then lunch on our last day was just as good, with Bogdan attentive to everything we needed and lovely to deal with. The rooms are really beautiful and spacious, and the location is fantastic. It’s a great property, but the hospitality is what made our stay amazing.

Bogdan stood out among the outstanding, accommodating staff. He was so courteous and made the stay memorable. We had a great time at this property during our ski vacation and look forward to coming back.

For Sundance, the location worked really well, and the daily shuttle to Main Street from 5:00-10:30 pm made getting to the festival easy. The staff were generally attentive and accommodating. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The lobby had a pleasant feel, and we enjoyed the game room. It was handy to have a restaurant on site, though we didn’t try breakfast. Complimentary coffee was only available for two hours, which seemed like a short window. Still, it was a great place to stay for the festival.

I spent a lot of time in the lobby reading and chatting since I wasn’t skiing. Griffin Whalen would regularly stop by to see if I needed anything. He was always in a good mood, and that positive energy was contagious. Thanks, Griffin, for making my stay happier. The hotel is beautiful, tucked into the Park City mountains, with a great pool and hot tubs. The staff are amazing.

We stayed four nights at Hyatt Centric Park City with friends, and the suite upgrade made a big difference on our ski trip. The suite was huge and nicely designed, with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The staff were the real standout. At the front desk, Erin, Shayla, and Cameron were thoughtful, responsive, and on top of everything. I never needed to ask twice. They retrieved things we’d left in the room and arranged shuttle pickups. When my daughter lost her stuffed animal, they made it a sweet moment by leaving her a note saying it was “on its own vacation.” Breakfast servers were great, especially Amalia. The shuttle driver was quick, helpful with local tips, and I think his name was Justin, though I may have it wrong. The adventures desk also had useful ideas for kid-friendly outings. Free s’mores kits and hot chocolate were a lovely finishing touch. We can’t wait to come back.
