The indoor pool and workout area were nice, and breakfast was great. The room and shared spaces were really clean, and everyone on staff, including the manager, was great to us. We were very happy with our three days here.

The parking lot is big and easy to use, and both elevators were working fine. I was here for a few days for a Guardians and Browns game. Staff were nice at check-in and check-out, though they couldn't print my receipt. The room felt very old, needed better cleaning, and had poor sound insulation, so I could hear other people. The whole hotel really needs renovating. Breakfast was okay for free, and the gym was fine for a few days. There's no guest laundry, but you can go to the homewood if you need it.

I booked a room with two queen beds but was given a single king. My flight was cancelled and then delayed, so I checked in very late, not way before the reservation date. The booking was for the 29th to the 30th, and I called before flying to confirm it, though I didn't really have to. You didn't even check the reservation date. I'm changing the two stars I gave to one.

The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there was pubic hair and piss on the toilet rim. The AC only turned on or off, with no automatic thermostat, and the TV would randomly shut off and then come back on way too loud. We were here for my niece's wedding and had requested adjoining rooms for our group, but that request was ignored. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, and acted like they had better things to do than answer questions. Even with the do not disturb sign up, housekeeping opened our door three times on the first morning. The second morning was worse: we were getting ready for the wedding with the door propped open because we didn't get adjoining rooms, and that seemed to make housekeeping even more interested in coming in. The "free" breakfast was atrocious, just microwave garbage. The sausage tasted like it had been cooked in last week's dish water. I'll never stay at this dump again.

For the price I paid, this was a very good deal. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I only had fruit and boiled eggs at breakfast, so I can't say much about it, but it seemed average.
