TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea

The suites are on the small side, but they’re clean and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the practical kitchenette, which made things easier during a longer visit. TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Midtown Manhattan is well placed for walking to most Midtown destinations. I felt safe in the area even coming back later in the evening. The rooms are well maintained, and I’d happily stay here again.

We spent 9 days here and had a really great experience. The rooms were somewhat small and the air conditioning made quite a bit of noise, but the staff were all friendly and helpful, and communication with them was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was satisfying. During the blizzard, the team went out of their way to help us check out and manage our luggage, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at TownePlace Suites New York. The rooms felt modern, were clean, and were well looked after. For our family, the room arrangement was a real plus: the staff placed us in two “opposite” rooms with a door that let us close off a private area. That extra privacy mattered, and the kitchenette was useful for quick food and keeping snacks around. The main hassle was the elevators at busy times. They took a while and were often full, so leave a few extra minutes if you’re on a schedule. We’d stay here again for clean, thoughtfully arranged accommodation in the city.

Good value for the price. Breakfast was more than satisfactory, and although it gets busy, the staff keep things moving. The lifts fill up in the morning. They kept our bags while we went out for the afternoon, and the cleaning team worked hard to keep the hotel and rooms looking good.
