SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland/Solon

The front desk team treated us like family, and the staff were amazing. Room service was at an all-time high, and breakfast was great too. I enjoyed the stay and couldn't find any flaws. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting the area!

A storm knocked out our power, so I had no choice but to stay here. I'll never come back. There was a drunk grown man exposing himself in the hallways, and the hotel apparently didn't take responsibility for its unruly guests. We were left to call the police or handle it ourselves. This isn't suitable for families with children. I didn't expect Springhill Suites hotels' common areas to be clothing optional, and I don't want my children exposed to that.

We were there for three nights, and the breakfast was excellent every morning. The service was great, the room was clean, and we had fresh towels and linens. Highly recommend!

After driving four hours home in pure rage, I can say this was an awful experience. I arrived unpacked and then was told to leave because they had cancelled the reservation I'd held for two weeks. The first week's check-in had been easy, but this time the front desk woman wanted my boss to come to the hotel with his ID. I've never had that happen on a work trip. She was very nasty to both me and my boss, then tried to apologize, but she was rude from the moment I arrived. The shower had yellow stains and there was a big brown mark on the mattress cover. Don't stay here, they can cancel a reservation even after you've had it for two weeks.
