The property was clean and well maintained, and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious and well equipped, with the biggest refrigerator I've seen in a hotel in a long time. Breakfast had options for all kinds of dietary needs. I only wish the accessible two queen suite I got had a roll-in shower, though it was otherwise accessible and spacious.

I'm a Silver member and had only stayed 26 nights this year for business, but I was hoping to find a home away from home. At about 11pm Sunday, I went to check in and nobody was at the desk. A janitor was surfing the web on the lobby computer. After I waited a few minutes, he got up, knocked on a door, and the night person came out of a room off the lobby. She was pleasant at first. If hotel policy requires a copy of military orders with my SS# on them, there needs to be a workaround. After several cagey questions, I asked what she wanted to know. She raised her voice, said my name wasn't on the account, and that for security reasons she couldn't tell me whose name was. I gave her my orders and military ID, my passport, and showed a screenshot of the reservation. I just said, “Copy. Why didn't you ask that from the get go?” She stared me down and said she didn't like my attitude and I could stay somewhere else that night. Is that even her decision to make? I just asked why she was asking those particular questions at midnight. I said that since she was acting irrational, I'd call corporate and have them sort it out. I called, and it took 30 minutes to get a human, not AI. They said they couldn't do anything unless I was a Gold member, and asked if I'd like to buy more points. She said she'd call her boss, which I doubt she did. I stayed at the Hilton across the street that night. It was cheaper, had bigger rooms, and a much better breakfast with churro waffles. I think I may have found my home away from home. Thanks, Marriot.

My room felt like staying at home, with all the amenities offered. Great housekeeping and staff, and an awesome place to stay!

We were here for three nights and had a pleasant stay. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was good. We drove to chagrin Falls each day for a wedding and also went to Cleveland, so the location worked well for us. There are four tesla ev chargers right in front of the hotel.
