The rooms were clean, and breakfast had lots of options and was decent. I’d stay again, though a couple of things were disappointing. Online check-in only offered me first-floor rooms unless I paid more, which seemed odd. There was also no complimentary water or welcome cookie, a bit of a shame but not a big deal. I called the number on my reservation to ask about late checkout, and was told I could definitely have 3pm with no fee. At the hotel, though, it wasn’t on my reservation, and they said staying past regular checkout would cost a full second night’s rate. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I was disappointed after being told so firmly on the phone. The hotel was as nice as I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inns, and I’d come back.

For a hotel listed as three stars, this felt like a five-star stay. Housekeeping and the front desk both gave exceptional service. Lots of small hotels only do continental breakfast, but here I got a full breakfast buffet. Wonderful experience. Definitely coming back. Well done, guys.

It’s close enough to everything you might need, but tucked a little out of the way so there isn’t much road noise. Clean rooms, awesome service, and a perfect location made my first stay here a great one. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area.

I don’t often have good things to say about hotels, but this one was amazing. Respectful service, cleanliness, accurate information, and late checkout. One of my top three hotel experiences. I’ll stay here again!

We’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn on both of our last two trips to Somerset and enjoyed it each time. The rooms are clean, breakfast is free, and the front desk staff are friendly. On our first visit, we brought our dog on her first and, sadly, last trip. They treated her like a queen, and all that affection had her walking around with a little extra spring in her step. We came back most recently after the Smokies to visit family. This is a great hotel, and we plan to stay here every time we come to Somerset. Glad everyone was spared from the tornado.
